Warning: If you have an aversion to strong language, this blog will sometimes offend your sensibilities and may not be for you. If you don't mind me cussin' up a blue streak now and then, welcome and may you find here some of what you are looking for to sustain you on your journey.
Nappy Sexy Fly is my point of view. It is sometimes raw, always honest and hopefully inspirational to those of you who choose to read it.

Pray what ever prayer...
...this photo inspires you to pray.

I'm opinionated, not formally religious but deeply spiritual. I love people who are trying to evolve. Can't stand stagnant minds. I don't smoke, drink, do any type of drugs, beat my kids, cheat on my husband, eat meat but I have a salty mouth sometimes. No, I'm not working on it. I adore black folks in particular but love all of humanity because we are like flowers. There is so much beauty in the variety God has gifted us with. My greatest hope is that we one day see this variety as the blessing it is and stop trying to beat it into sameness.
