Our nappy hair is beautiful. God made it. God loved what God made. God made a lot of it. God was pleased with it. It was the first hair God made.
Quit telling yourself and your babies you are beautiful despite the fact that your hair is what it is as though it is not apart of what makes us beautiful.

I told my baby, "God gave you this hair and He does EVERYTHING perfectly!" She KNOWS (w/o a shadow of a doubt) that she is fearfully and wonderfully made...from her coils to her toes! I'm so happy to have found another mother who is so conscious about the messages we allow our girls to digest. You're an inspiration and breath of fresh air. Thank you!
